After graduating from Las Vegas High School, Dr. Ellsworth attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas and received a Bachelors in Science before his acceptance at UNLV School of Dental Medicine.
Both Dr. Ellsworth and his wife Karen are the parents of five children.
Dr. Ellsworth enjoys singing, writing music, racquetball, painting, pottery, sports, and participates in competitive disc golf.
